Very impressed by the variety of choices here especially when it comes to vegan food. staff were very helpful as well. the food bursts with flavour and is just so delicious. i would recommend the curry sauce and rice with vegan fillets… soooo nice. i would absolutely not hesitate to return here if i am in the area again. :
Now called Born Appetite, we had a fantastic Asian sharing platter for 2 for lunch with a great selection and lovely sauces. It made a lovely change to the usual sandwich or pasty. A lovely selection of cakes as well as a cream tea is also available. It is also the home of Dunster Gin and they stock a large variety of gins and rums and offer samples for tasting. Highly recommend.
A lovely cosy cafe. Very friendly waitress greeted us. Had beef topedo which was delicious and biscoff cake which was moist. Hubby mentioned it was my birthday and they even put a candle in the cake and said happy birthday. Lovely food and lovely staff. We shall be back!
