if I could leave 0 stars, I would have done it. the boldness of this restaurant to have “Tonkotsu Ramen” listed on their map. considering how appreciated and loved a court rammen in japan, one would think that some efforts had been taken into it. the next time they only mark it instant rays, because this is how it tasted, my 11-year-old daughter even agreed. there were also red carrots in there so that the sushi smel... We had a lovely dinner, cooked well, with good service. It was a Tuesday night, so restaurant wasn't too busy, which was great for us. One of the few places in town open until 10pm. I loved the pretty orchid on my plate. I enjoyed my first meal at Sachi. Spicy Tuna Roll: Very Good Yellow Curry: Good Various apps (gyoza, etc): Good Mochi Dessert: Good but not my favorite flavors. Nothing special jumped out at me.
