3/25 went to Karma in Westford; a beautiful place to go for a date or special evening , service is 1st class, ambiance is very nice and the presentation and quality of food is excellent ! You get what you pay for ! I had the spicy ramen soup and it was excellent and my wife had the pineapple shrimp which was very good ! Always a great place to go for great food Beautiful presentation of all dishes ; food is fresh and enjoyable ! Higher end restaurant! Beautiful ambiance , plenty of people , large restaurant!.

DONE with KARMA: The food was weak as were the drinks. The General Gao’s was bland and had minimal sauce. The Pad Thai was bland and maybe, had three pieces of chicken. The spicy chicken dish was unremarkable. Our Martinis tasted watered down likely from sitting in the shaker too long. View all feedback.

The food is better than average. I do appreciate the creativity for the sushi dishes, especially. However, the service sucks if you're Asian or young looking. I'm ushered right by the door getting blasted with cold wind every ten seconds. I barely got attention except from the non-Asian server (thank goodness for her), and it takes forever to just pay for the check. The difference in treatment by the Asian servers between white patrons vs me was hilarious. First time I had to tip twenty percent in awhile.
