101 North Eatery Bar - Westlake Village

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

Firt I need to say that the service was excellent. Adelaine and all the support folks were greta. However, I am at a high point of frustration when it comes down to the quality of what I am served....not just 101 Bistro, but just about everywhere in our Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks community. Prices have skyrocketed and quality has crashed. 101 Bistro is not the only guilty restaurant, they are just bearing the brunt of my ennui when it comes to dining out. Last night the starters were okay (although the mussels were over cooked and the shells kept breaking, so a 5 for starters became a 3. Then we ordered a Burrata pizza that was a disaster...a cracker with over cooked cheese and a chili concoction that could set a house on fire. The mahi mahi was also over cooked and dry and the pesto tasteless...only the fregola had real flavor. The bill including tip (the staff did not deserve to be stiffed) was over $160 for two people. We paid the bill and left. We will not be back. Frankly we are running out of dining out options. 101 Bistro just joined the list of pricy tabs and mediocre or bad food.
