I had heard good things about this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered chicken tikka masala, pilaf rice, garlic naan bread, onion bhajis, and chips. The rice had some large clumps in it, the garlic bread didn't have much garlic flavor, and the curry was just okay. Lived in Shevington for years and finally decided to try these guys out as a treat. We have both had plenty of Indian meals in the past and I have to say this is the best I have ever had. Blown away by the flavours, freshness and quality. Prawn Pathia especially but it was all superb. Gutter we never tried sooner but we will be back soon for sure. Thanks guys keep up the excellent food!
A huge thank you to Ali, Mo and the team.... They provide consistent excellent quality food and delivery service. They excelled on Sunday 7th August for my 60th birthday celebration with a marinaded leg of lamb, the most delicious samosas, onion bhajis and poppadoms. I can highly recommend the food they provide...
It should not take 2 hours to deliver a meal 1/2 Mile. I tried to be polite and suggest the courteous thing to do was to ring the customer and explain it’s going to be delayed. They dismissed that suggestion
We have not had a good experience with this takeout restaurant. The chicken tikka masala was overly coconut-flavored with no other taste, and my husband's dish was too sweet. We do not plan on ordering from this restaurant again.
Been using Bombay for over a year now, since new owners took over. The quality of the food is excellent, and a huge choice of authentic dishes. Delivery can get a little long at peak times, but it's well worth the wait!
