What User doesn't like about Panda Chinese:
We placed an online order with this restaurant at 6:40 pm and were told that delivery would be at 7:15 pm, despite only being 1.7 km away. However, it was after 8 o'clock before the food arrived. When I called at 7:30 pm, I was told the delivery person had already left. I tried calling twice more but received no answer. The food was hot but lacked flavor. Good Chinese takeout, classic taste, not disappointed at all. nothing bad about the egg roll, fried rice and the cheese berry!
I'll start off by saying, the delivery service was terrible. Took 1 1/2hrs to get my food and I didn't even order during a busy time. The food itself was hot when it finally arrived. Very dry and lots of hard little pieces in my food. The egg rolls were good and the rice was slightly overdone and soggy. Probably just avoid this place overall if u can.
I ordered ONE platter and a lg. rice for delivery....dude came to drop it off handed me a receipt to sign for 180.00!I paid over the phone as I have been since covid. Big Mistake! He went back to Panda to straighten out my bill and returned with a 15.00 reciept for me to sign. I called to ask when 180.00 would be returned back to my account.....the lady who took my call said a few days...never again will I order from here EVER!!! How careless can someone be...180.00?!?!?!?
Ordered and did not get wat I ask for and food was cold and took over a hour to get it not happy at all
The food is good, and the service is quick. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in town.
