Chopstix - Wilmington

If I couldn't make stars. I would.. worst customer service ever.. not only was the not all that good.. steamed chicken dump was ordered and I don't know what kind of meat it was, but it wasn't chicken.. They refuse to make it right, it was delivery and we need to bring the food back to them. Never?

Order online at 1930. The delivery confirmation said it was about an hour. I waited until 930 and called. I said the manager treated online orders and they were on the phone. They called me back after less than 90 seconds. I was asked if I called, I said yes. He asked what I wanted. I said I wanted to check that my order went through because it was 2 hours. He asked what I ordered and before I could answer my address. I gave it to him, and he said it was on the way, no worries and hanged on me. I still have no food and they're closed.

Ordered two commands from general Tso Chicken, simple Lomein noodles and two orders from Chicken on one floor. Chicken in both dishes were raw, noodles Bland (not regular lend noodles, used spaghetti noodles. Chickens on a stick tastes like old oil and seafood.

The food is still very good in 2022. Service has gotten much better. Delivery is fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place looking to satisfy their Chinese food itch. ??

I would say this location is as good or a bit better like the one down on Market. The food order result was appealing for us. We liked the way how they cooked their rice. I would say this location is somewhat good like China King in Downtown Wilmington
