Ruby Tuesday - Windsor Locks

I was disappointed when I ordered raw fish and a cooked side dish through Grubhub, but they served me raw fish. I called and spoke to someone who claimed they had already spoken to me.

While staying across the street for a work project, there weren't many dining options past 8PM. Luckily, Ruby Tuesday is conveniently located and offers delicious food.

We visited the restaurant on Wednesday to take advantage of a buy one get one free voucher. The restaurant was clean and not busy, so we were seated right away. The service was good overall.
