We went first thing in the morning. The staff was transitioning over to a handheld ordering system that you could see they hadn't had much experience with, they complained loudly to one another about how they were unprepared and undertrained on them(they said they had one training session in the break room before bringing them out to the floor). We just had a delicious breakfast at Flapjacks as we were driving through. There was a short wait. They told us 20 minutes but it was more like 5. Our server, Laura W, was so friendly and efficient. On a busy Saturday morning (11/18/17) our experience was as close to perfect as one could hope for from a place with Pepsi products.
A very welcome break after a long night of driving. Staff was nice, restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and fast. Just what we needed.
Terry our waitress was awesome! Personable. Fast service and food was great! Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere too! Decor was like a cabin in the woods!

We are visiting from Ohio and this was the perfect place to eat breakfast. Our server Hannah was amazing and so kind. She even replaced a dish that was ruined because someone at our table put coffee on their pancakes instead of syrup. The little thingslike that make a huge difference and make the place worth coming back to. The food and atmosphere great, but Hannah is thereason we will be back to eat here in the future. Thanks so much.
