The restaurant's location near a hockey arena provided a relaxed atmosphere, although typically, it wouldn't close during game days. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. With great drinks, food, and staff, Moxie's in downtown Winnipeg offers a consistently satisfying experience. For those looking to try something new, the Trash Panda IPA from Vancouver paired with grilled corn guacamole comes highly recommended for a delightful dining experience.
We had steak sandwiches and they were over the top spicy to the point we could not eat the bread. The steak although tasty was very tough. Both salads were good but we had been looking forward to a good steak sandwich and were disappointed
Hostess sat individuals at different tables even though we mentioned the same reservation. Took a while to connect with each other. Awkward business lunch
We had a group of people including some kids. They put us at the back close the restrooms and it was perfect. There weren’t any other tables around us and we didn’t have to worry about being in people’s way. The food was great. They brought out a birthday dessert that was decorated beautifully. Thanks, Moxie’s, for making it a great celebration
