Absolute BEST carrot cake we’ve ever had, so moist and the icing is to die for. This is the third year I have purchased this cake for my moms birthday and she’s so happy to see it year after year. Everyone always enjoys it and it will definitely be a must every year for my mom! Ordering is always so smooth and the staff is so kind and welcoming. What Binod Prabhakar doesn't like about Captain's Table Restaurant:
Food was good and quick. However the front of house was not clean, no cutlery, fallen fish under the table from previous diners, and they ran out of knifes...Service was lack lustre with staff taking about other tables while serving us. It was very un professional. Items were cleared while we were waiting to pay instead of after we had departed. Staff was very curt, forced, rushed and disorganized.Would not recommend... Great meal for everyone, we all had something different, the tacos were a little on the dry and flavour side but everything else was really good.

We all enjoyed our meals! The fish was cooked perfectly, a nice light batter, and was delicious! The fries and coleslaw were also tasty! But the highlight of the meal was finishing off with the huge serving of sticky toffee pudding!! Delightful! Service was also perfect! Attentive and prompt.
Amazing love the carrot cake and all the yummy food!
Fish was cold, chips and onion rings were over cooked. Mushy peas were hot though.I had looked forward to my dinner but not a good experience.
