Denny's - Winnipeg

The food at this restaurant was terrible. The eggs benedict cost $19 and did not come out as ordered. I do not blame the waitress, as she cannot see inside the poached eggs. The cooks should have done better. The sauce was not good; it tasted like butter. We work hard for our money and rarely go out to eat, but we will not be returning to this restaurant. It's not difficult to poach eggs and serve the proper potatoes, which the waitress did correctly. The kitchen is slacking, which is ironic as Gordon Ramsay's "Kitchen Nightmares" was playing while we waited for our food. I am still shocked that two eggs on an English muffin cost $19.

I am a regular at this restaurant and typically find the staff to be quite pleasant. However, on my recent visit to this Denny's location, I had an incredibly unpleasant experience with a particular older blonde woman. Her service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable and convinced me that I will no longer be returning to this establishment. In today's economy, it is important for restaurants to appreciate and value their customers who choose to spend their money at their establishments.

They have removed the option to customize your own grand slam on delivery orders, so now you have to get eggs since you can't unselect them or leave a comment. Eggs are unpleasant, and the only appealing item they had was the build your own grand slam. They need to improve their menu options.

The service was quick and excellent. Our server Simran was always checking on us to see if we needed any refills and stuff. The manager Mani was so kind and welcoming when she sat us down. She also helped us with any questions that we had. 10/10 Will go to again. Such a wonderful experience!

First of all the food had hair in it, secondly, it took nearly half an hour for my ice tea to come, and lastly, when I tried to call, I was greeted with a shut-up from one of their workers, I can 't believe it.
