What depoune likes about Empress of China Restaurant:
This restaurant makes the BEST chicken balls IMO (white meat, no weird chewy bits). Everything is always hot, fresh and tasty (we always eat onsite). The prices are very reasonable. This is not a fancy or trendy place at all but the food is reliable and comes out quickly.
