Smoked food is great. But from Sushi they should leave their fingers. Rice too sticky. Fish smells and doesn't taste fresh. Creams are dried.

From the amuse gueule, the appetizer to the main dish that consisted of a fresh lobster to the homemade ice cream, the food was absolutely perfect. Open kitchen with a clearly well-established team.
