Coldwater Creek Restaurant and Bar @ Sage Hotel Wollongong

Great friendly and helpful service good selection of beers and food was great, I had a vegetarian root vegetable salad which was utterly beautiful. If in this area would definitely go again.

These guys have LOST IT!! 12mths ago, food and service were great. Perfect spot for locals and patrons of the Sage alike. However, the past year has seen the service become hit & miss and the food terrible. We went last night, to discover a menu change a week ago which has resulted in limited choice, no kid's menu and don't even bother ordering the Seahorse wine - it's terrible (couldn't get the Pinot Grigio as they had had a stocktake & couldn't order any, really ). Our Waiter was lovely and helpful last night, but overall, you guys need a health check....you've gone in the wrong direction!

Small and Busy food was good but a bit loud for my liking Good spot to meet up with friends before heading out to the Highlights of Wollongong

The four of us. Had dinner here. The service was not as prompt as we would have liked but we were advised that there was a function up stairs that was taking their time. Drink service was also slow.Tried the pumpkin soup and gnocci for entree. These were hot and tasty. The mains arrived. Fillet steak that should have been medium was more rare than medium and both embibers said their steak was tough. Disappointing for the price. The chicken breast however was pleasing. The amenities were disgraceful and required maintenance and clean. When reported to the desk their solution was to put them out of order and directed users to the third floor.There are definately better places.9

Do not order crappy fried chicken burger or ribs overpriced and awful. Go to a real burger or rib joint don't waste your money.
