Contribute FeedbackDespite having positive experiences at other Prezzo locations, a visit to the Woodbridge branch left a lot to be desired. Customers complained of cold food, poor service, and burnt gluten-free garlic bread. One party of five had to wait 50 minutes for their main course, while another table was left completely forgotten. However, there were some positive notes, with one group enjoying a fabulous lunch experience and an overnight stay with comfortable accommodations. Despite these mixed reviews, loyal customers still found enjoyment at this location and would consider returning in the future.
Lovely lunch for a birthday meal. Fish and chips had a beautiful light batter and fab chunky chips. Pork belly was so tender and just fell apart, my Husband enjoyed every bite. Beef and pancetta burger was also spot on. Service was quick. Good atmosphere and I also bought two amazing sausage rolls to take away. Very keen to return again soon!
We went on a Sunday and the restaurant was really quiet which affected the ambience. I’ve eaten at the Crown many times and not had this experience when the restaurant is busy. I think this had an effect on the waiting staff as because they were quiet, they were a little over attentive. Will definitely go back though!
The food took an absolute age to come we wont be returning this isnt a one off it happened again last time we visited also
Had a really lovely meal at The Crown. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful in ability to adapt menu choices to suit allergies/intolerances. Friendly staff in a really beautiful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to my next visit already!
Love The Crown, would frequent it much more if I lived locally, always excellent food with varied menus and local produce, would not choose to eat anywhere else in Woodbridge
