Just a heads up to anyone that has either booked an event or thinking about booking an event at the Watermill. Trying to get a refund from them has been beyond frustrating, after speaking to Joseph Zangri a partner there we are being told they have no money to make refunds and once new parties book and give deposits they can start refunding to the multitude of parties that they can’t do events for. This is concerning as they also received upwards of 1 million dollars from the government through PPP loans. Beware, while the venue is beautiful the stability of it may be in question. Check the other sites, there are many other complaints about the same thing. Legal action has started

If your into the ol’ bait and switch plan your events with any of the five “Scotto Brothers” owned venues. Weddings are stressful enough, no need to add more to your plate.I booked a wedding at chateau briand in 2020. In a show of good faith I paid half the wedding upfront 10k. The deposit was only 1k. COVID hit and I decided to cancel the wedding. I figured it would be a battle to get the thousand dollar deposit back but it turns out they want to keep the entire 10k! Now they don’t even answer the phone. I called every number posted online and the furthest I get is a secretary asking if I would like to leave a message. Unless you have time to find a lawyer and hope a judge obligates them to do the right thing keep searching for a different venue.Let this serve as a warning to any future patrons. Do NOT use these people. Spend your money with a venue that respects and appreciates your business

Very neat and accessible place. They offer large meals and for reasonable rates. I enjoyed the menu a lot and the staff were super amiable and explanatory. Recommended.

Be very careful of the promises Bruce makes at fox hollow. Though we have a full refundable deposit we are going through hell with them. Do don’t give them a deposit. Big company like Scotto brothers need to scam this way. What a embarrassment

Absolutely a spot worth stopping over, the food is awesome and well prepared, the pricing is fair and it is consistently well kept here. Keep up the good work.
