Overall, a great dining experience that promises to leave you satisfied and planning your next visit.
I loved everything about the mood of this place. it is almost like a museum with the amount of things to explore on the walls. that was great. I'm sure it won't be hungry. I started with the French wobbles soup, which was a first time for me. delicious! the circular cakes were enormous enough for 3 meals! I managed to eat the half and then the frozen Kahlua Pie, which was a leak! we look forward to a return trip.
Platz was the right deal. Buffalo channels were so good that I put into a job before I left. the turkey dinner was amazing. felt as if I had appeared for Thanksgiving dinner, it was not disappointed. presumably expensive authentic eating, will be 100% back.
We went on a very busy Saturday, in the night before the st. patrick’s parade. they did it very well. we have to meet. loved his attitude! eating was honest next level. we had the pinned bark shillelagh sticks, enormous bark meat and mushroom guinness pie, atlantic meere fruit pie, butternut squash bisque, new england clam chowder. the corned beef sticks were just amazing buttery flaky goodness, both suppen had amazing taste. the guiness pie, was bursting with taste. meat wasn't as tender as I wanted, but it wasn't a deal breaker. the seafood pie was the absolute heaven. so much seafood. scenery is great, service was fast. the bathroom was so clean, I could eat there. there's one.
Good food, fair prices, huge portions. Service was friendly and quick. Draft beer variety is HUGE. I got fish and chips. They do have malt vinegar. It was very fresh and tasty.
Passing through on our way back home to Northern MA from FL. Google reviews were good so decided to stop for dinner. Menu was excellent and varied. I had the Irish Isle salmon that came with a baked potato and vegetable salseta. It was delicious!!! My husband saw the turkey dinner first so he was set on that. He ate it all and said it was yummy. Apple sangria was also very good. Love the authenticity of this place!! Our waitress, Dakota was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back if in the area again!!
