The Anderida Restaurant provides fine dining in the Ashdown Park Hotel. The look and feel of the room are exactly what we expected in a good country house hotel. The food and service are outstanding. Very enjoyable meal with old friends. The food was very good and well presented and all four of us very much enjoyed our menu choices. The amuse bouche was especially tasty and a great start to the meal. The waiting staff were young and obviously stil learning, but that's not a criticism in any way. So the story here is you can choose between two menusOne is 6 courses long and the other is 10.
Treated for a birthday lunch I still went for the 10 course full story with matching flights of wine.

There are some negative reviews which as a retired international chef I found unwarranted. Superb food and service. Prices are not for the feint hearted but you know that before you arrive, it’s five star with two rosettes so you would go for that very special occasion. We stayed for two nights and loved it.
