What User doesn't like about Nonna's Pizzeria:
Placed an order online, delivery all messed up. Called them to inform them, girl answered phone who was very dismissive, said they would bring food over, hours later still nothing. Tried calling again, no answer. Terrible customer service. Paid for an order never received. Never again. View all feedback.
Unfortunately, there were no displayed pizzas, so we opted for pasta dishes. I ordered linguini with sausage and rigatoni with eggplant. It seemed as though the cook either didn't care or was inexperienced, as both dishes were drenched in sauce. The fresh mozzarella on the eggplant dish had a sour taste, likely due to being handled with bare hands. The sausage resembled pizza sausage rather than the kind used for pasta. While the pasta itself was cooked correctly, the overall execution was a disaster. The owner should invest in training the staff on making simple pasta dishes. Despite there being enough staff behind the counter, the dishes were poorly prepared. The premium prices charged for such subpar dishes are unacceptable. In conclusion, Nonna's is the worst Italian restaurant I have ever visited. The pasta was not only unappetizing but also poorly cooked. I have had bad meals before, but this experience was on a different level. I cannot recommend Nonna's to anyone.
The Italian cuisine at this restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. The ambiance is clean and friendly, and the service is excellent. Their pizza is especially good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
I dined at this restaurant on Saturday night and unfortunately got food poisoning. While I understand that these incidents can occur, I will not be returning to this establishment in the near future. My experience was definitely not enjoyable.
This place has one of the best pizzas in the world. There is cheese pizza taste's great, and they have really good cashiers. Another thing is there seating, there seating is great and there is a lot of room for you to sit. I recommend this place for pizza lovers.
09/24/23 11:28 We stopped in for a quick slice before attending a local wedding. Both service and pizza here is top notch. We had white pizza which had fluffy ricotta on mozzarella. (The best of this style we ever tasted! Parking is plentiful. Seating is comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Yes, we plan on another visit to your pizzeria.
