The rating is a (generous) synthesis between the quality of the dishes, really good and cared for, and the service, bordering on decency, due to the exhausting wait up to the unpleasant sensation of being literally abandoned unless the arms make desperate gestures to look for to attract the attention of some compassionate waiter.
