We were able to spend a great day on the Gütsch with Markus and David. We were served an amuse bouche, followed by 7 starters and a main course, cheese and dessert. Rude and arrogant manager! He boasts of uniquely sourced local and international food ingredients, but gets upset if a client asks for Chai Latte probably because its too common and nothing special for this Michelin Star restaurant.
