"Great views. Very busy, so reservation is a must. The food was nice, tasty, and well presented. They were able to make a pasta dish for our kid, which wasn't on the menu. However, the service lacked attentiveness and mostly rushed. We had to ask for a water refill, they forgot to bring cheese and coffee that we ordered. They could have done better considering the price."

"The food is average to say the least compared to most restaurants in Andermatt. The hotel itself has just the advantage to be so close to Gemsstock. The Skiroom is a garage. No proper space yo put the shoes on. Disappointed."

"Firstly, the food is incredible. The best sushi and sashimi I have ever eaten.The problem is that unless you go for the set menu, then your food will not arrive in your typical starter - main - desert fashion. Although again this isn't a big issue, we were never told this by our waiting staff. This meant we had people receiving their main courses before anybody else had got any food. The explanation given was that there is only one chef, which again was probably true, but we were only told this after we had all ordered our food, and we left sitting around waiting for it to arrive.In summary, incredible food, but you might have to wait for it."

"5 Not even sure where you start, the chedi was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. everything was absolutely perfect, they thought of every detail. I came with my 4 months old baby and they had a baby bath, bottle warmer and sterilizer, a windle wrap and a real crib, all in the room. I have never stayed in a hotel that thought to involve the child for her. her restaurant was also phenomenal and the service was impeccable!"
