We ate in monte jade when the gaylord first opened and it was fantastic! they were closed during the covid and must have recently reopened. our reservation was at 8:30 a.m. and there were not very many people in the restaurant, but they sat right at the front entrance and a busy one I thought was strange. they were from several elements on the menu. we ordered several dishes for all of us to share. everything was not...
