"Colorado Sake Co is the first sake brewery I’ve ever been too. I’m a huge fan of sake so I had to stop by here to check out their sake on tap.They have about 13 sakes on tap. We decided to get a half flight of the sakes. A half flight is 2.5 oz pour of 4 different sakes.American Standard this is their flagship sake. It is a classic sake. It is smooth to me. I could sip on this with sushi or just to wind down from work.OG Nigori I love unfiltered sakes. This is their standard unfiltered sake. It’s very smooth and is a pretty good unfiltered. I enjoy it.Key Lime Pie my husband loved this sake. He said it is a tart key lime pie the way it should be. It’s like drinking a homemade key lime pie from a good restaurant.Barrel Aged is their sake that is aged in Pinot Nior barrel. I really enjoyed this sake. I’m a dry red wine drinker and this sake did not disappoint.With the 4 sakes we had in the flight, we enjoyed them a lot. This place has something for everyone. If you’ve never tried sake before, I think this is the perfect place to try unique blends.If I live in Colorado I would definitely come here often.On Sunday they do have a dim sum brunch as well. This is a place I would highly recommend for the sake.We didn’t get food since but everything smelled really good and looked amazing. I can’t wait to visit here again."

"Took my nephew for his birthday and I noted that on the reservation. Seated at regular table and ordered 2 Porterhouses and one lobster tail. We even repeated our order yet she brought us one Porterhouse and 2 lobster tails. Lobster tots not even close to the quality of last time I ate there, nor were the mushrooms, Porterhouse was also disappointing. No acknowledgement of the birthday. Yeah, not sure I’ll ever be back even though I’ve eaten there countless times in the past."

"We thought of this fantastic coffee shop for a Sunday caffeine pick-up. the personal was super and super. the location was clean and welcoming with workrooms that would be great for small groups. there are handmade, large tasting coffee and small pastries/burritos. better than an adjacent dieucks, and much more souls. that was a great experience and we are happy to be back."

"We tried this place after we heard that employees were rave about it. You were right. I discussed the menu with the manager and he said they can make many of the vegetarian dishes vegan by eliminating the cream or butter as a finishing touch. Many articles are vegan, many articles are milk-free. We had saag paneer (Did not eat the cheese next time will ask if possible that it served without the wiper); chana masala (vegan); Bharta Makhani (acquired vegan); vegetables curry (worn vegan); veggie samosa; Gobhi Manchurian (Eggplant, requested vegan) and naan. All Entrees/Apps were ordered on a spicy level of 3 out of 4. We like sharp. The spices were great, not distracting. Everything was incredibly delicious. We want to order it again soon! The entrances are between 15 17 and seemed high."
