Coffee shops are in a massively competitive space: Nero, Starbucks, Toast, Costa and a magnitude of others. So their distinctiveness is a core attribute. Most Cafe Nero's we have visited in London, Newmarket (excellent), Bury St Edmunds x 2, Colchester, etc, have been good. what let's Sudbury town, and down badly, is it's ever changing staff and spiralling down in manners and customer engagement.
