"I thoroughly agree with everything the last reviewer wrote especially the recommendation for the cheese scones! Of course, there are also cooked dinners as well as tea time products. It is a pity that the outside of the cafe is not inviting, but get past the doors and it' s lovely. Well laid out, not too crowded together and really good home cooked food. There is a shaded are in the courtyard you can sit in as well as the front area. In the cafe itself there is plenty to look at with all the artifacts the residents have made for sale. The pottery work is brilliant and completely individual."

"Presumably the worse costs in the antidote, coffee is terrible and cold, its the only (and I mean the only) costa that does not extra hot cocos or mandelic milk therefore make the coffee cold....won don't go back."

"Freshly cut brot, amazing fillings. Imagine their wife or partner make them their favorite sandwich (taste better than when we do it? Exactly these youngs make you a beautiful sandwich. btw my wife still makes the best sandwich (if she reads) that is a good old, original sandwich that makes you suck. no prefabricated best before appointments here. fresh, correct eating, made after ordering; I love homemade x"

"One of the best buildings I have ever visited. Fortunately, I was not able to make a picture of my Sunday roast because it was too delicious and I ate it in no time. Sunday roasting was really amazing, like the chocolate cake. the crew was gentle and professional. the farm has many local products of high quality. the entire farm is located in the middle of a green area opposite, a lot of space for hiking. very proposed."

"On the way back to the campsite polstead with my wife and friends saved a drink. beautiful village around this jewel of a pubs. excellent service from the rental company. I had another piss. must also say that the village community shop has to be seen, many fresh local products to be reasonable. highly recommended."

"Booked a celebratory meal in the hotel's restaurant. Food was superb and is highly recommended, but the service was abysmal. The lead waitress/ supervisor failed to smile once and was very curt in all her responses. She lacked attentiveness, politeness and any positive traits of a good waitress. She also ruined our planned surprise despite earlier discussions to run things smoothly. I was truly beyond disappointment. Was hoping to opt out of the 12.5% service charge but unfortunately this is fixed. Paid up silently and left knowingly never to return."

"Stayed for one night in a snug room, which we were expecting to be quite small and in fact, it was spacious, with a nice bathroom and views of the village green. Everything was clean tidy, I will just mention one small thing I noticed there aren't grab rails over the bath (most places have these, when the shower is over the bath), normally I wouldn't pay much attention but since having Multiple Sclerosis I notice much more. Also, to note that this snug room is on the top floor, not good if you struggle with a lot of stairs. Thankfully, I was having a good week with my MS. Now onto the food, it was very nice good quality with plenty of choice, both for lunch breakfast . Service was polite friendly. If ever there is a wedding in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to book a room again. Will be back for food, hopefully very soon."

"My friend ordered the lamb, but had to send it back because it was cold and hard. the cake was tasty, but the vegetables were overcooked and not good. the burger was dry. they seemed to be very short staff, as there was only one waiter and he was away from his feet, so the service was not good. very too expensive for what it is. disappointed"
