We had horrible service on Sunday. I've never had a bad experience with El Toro until Sunday afternoon. Took a waiter 10 minutes to address US (party of 2) he brought our chips and salsa, took our drink order and never saw him again! We set out TIMER for 7 minutes and then we walked out.
