"The dining room was dirty, only three or four tables were clean. the rest had dirty dishes. eating was okay, it was the only good thing to visit. the staff was not very friendly either."

"Food and drinks excellent! Service outstanding!! I went there on a date with a guy I recently met, and was nervous about going to the restroom and leaving my drink unattended, I told our server about that, and asked her to watch my drink for me and she stood near the bar and watched it for me, I wish I got her name, she was amazing! I plan on going back and informing management about the experience and give her a tip, this was on A Friday January 6, 2023 around 8pm. Wonderful place and kid friendly too! Will definitely go back, that was my 3rd time there."

"I've been coming in for 12 1/2 years. A few months back when I was told that the place closes my heart was sad! But then new people bought the place and brought life back in! The new owners are so beautiful and open to customers needs and wishes! The lady is the work that there is so kind and loving for everyone. Love this place!"

"Glad I stopped in, the beef Pho was on point and the fried calamari was so damn good I didn't even use a sauce! Food tasted fresh, atmosphere was great as well!"

"Our experience started out great but right before our meal came out we were forced to move tables into a crowed dining room because a private party was coming in and they apparently took priority over us.Then when my steak came out it was under cooked.The manager simply shrugged his shoulders and said they shouldn't have sat us there and walked away.The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the server was attentive and the restaurant was clean."

"Went in tonight for dinner and drinks. It was super busy. We could see all the staff working really hard. At one point the manager (the one with the purple hair) didn't get her name. Came to help the pizza guy. Making pizzas and what not. We could see that they where kinda under staffed but service was great!! The pizza was great! And the rubber ducky was a hit! Definitely recommend!!!"

"Going to Chili's for baby back ribs used to be a treat to look forward to instead of paying premium prices for a horrid dining experience. Where to begin, the only pleasant part about the visit was being promptly greeted and seated by the hostess. The service was marginal, at best; and this, when the restaurant was not busy. It seems that they now water down the salsa if you order chips and salsa; either that, or they don't bother to stir it before they serve it and just tell you that all the batches are like that. I've visited other Chili's, in the past, where the salsa looks like salsa and not some watery swill they skimmed off the top. I ordered a smokehouse combo and paid extra for ribs. Food presentation, when my meal did arrive, was sad to poor at best. The only thing that looked inviting and appetizing was the street corn. I only took a couple of bites from the ribs but decided to take them home and doctor them up to make them edible because I did pay extra for them. It also took forever to pay for the meal. If this Chili's is an accurate representation of what this restaurant now is, I shall not be returning to a Chili's, ever, and will delete the Chili's app from my phone. I can think of less expensive ways to have an unpleasant evening, thank you."
