Very clean, Mary, my server, was excellent. I got my food quickly, good portion size, delicious. Bring a sweater if you dine in because they keep it cold! I had The Bandido.(3 enchiladas(chicken, cheese, beef fajita with different sauces atop). Reasonablypriced. I just HAD to get some cilantro green sauce and chips to enjoy at home! We had horrible service on Sunday. I've never had a bad experience with El Toro until Sunday afternoon. Took a waiter 10 minutes to address US (party of 2) he brought our chips and salsa, took our drink order and never saw him again! We set out TIMER for 7 minutes and then we walked out.
