My wife and I often visit local M&S cafes. Today we visited the one in Brighton. I ordered poached eggs on ciabatta bread which came with baked beans. The ciabatta did not exist as I was given a slice of medium white. 1 slice, cut in half with the poached eggs thrown on the plate, not even on the bread. The beans were cold.
