My wife and I often visit local M&S cafes. Today we visited the one in Brighton. I ordered poached eggs on ciabatta bread which came with baked beans. The ciabatta did not exist as I was given a slice of medium white. 1 slice, cut in half with the poached eggs thrown on the plate, not even on the bread. The beans were cold. Today we had to use wooden cutlery because of the dishwasher was broken Why can't they wash up by hand Ridiculous
Nice food and service, staff were lovely. Cutlery is filthy and floor is disgustingly dirty. Whole place needs a good scrub.
