We stopped in here was some friends for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the place had a nice atmosphere. I ordered the big breakfast but both the waitress and myself forget to ask/specify how the eggs were done so they came out poached. I ordered eggs and bacon side... so a fairly common production set for three chefs looking for a simple breakfast menu. the speckschwanz was dry and burned and the soft posing eggs I had asked were over, even straight on the table. pretty disappointing as cook itself, that one would even have the basic of speck and iron to industry standard.
