Went for lunch on Bank Holiday it wasn't busy. We ordered starter and main course. Didn't have any carbs with my starter so no need to take insulin. Finished starter and thought about main course and took insulin for amount of carbs about to eat thinking main course would arrive about 10 15 mins later.
