"Went in for a meal with my wife and waited ages for the food which they brought only half of the wives and none of mine. When I complained and said we wanted all the food at the same time not part of the meal they. Walked away.. Had to speak to manager as food went cold whilst waiting for the rest of it. Took the food back and returned with the same cold food.Would not eat there again"

"We had a great time, we were lucky enough to have the lovely Rachel serving us, not only was she one of the best servers, she was genuine, kind and had lots to talk to us about. Had so much in common, it was actually really amazing. Great service, amazing chat and really lovely woman, really took care of us. Made the experience in my opinion. Food was great, everything came out at a perfect time, was a great trip. So big thank you to you all and especially Rachel for taking such good care of me and my fiancé we will be coming back, just for her! Lots of love Ash Michael"

"My friends and I visited last night for a catch up and meal. The meal was lovely but the service is awful. That was once we actually managed to park. There is an overflow car park which never seems to be open as people park in front of the entrance and it has never been surfaced properly. The girls that waitress are lovely girls but they have no idea how to attend to tables. I noticed they spend a lot of time chatting to each other. I had scampi and was asked if I’d like sauces. I asked for ketchup, salt and vinegar which was never arriving. We eventually got our salt and vinegar off another table and I asked another waitress who did eventually bring some ketchup but most of my dinner had been eaten! We had to ask for more drinks and the sweet menu. Like I say, food was lovely but service is shocking."

"Went for lunch on Bank Holiday it wasn't busy. We ordered starter and main course. Didn't have any carbs with my starter so no need to take insulin. Finished starter and thought about main course and took insulin for amount of carbs about to eat thinking main course would arrive about 10 15 mins later. Main course arrived 55 mins later which meant my blood sugar was getting low after starter. Food arrived and chips which I had counted as carbs were not really edible so blood sugar was getting lower. Dangerous day if you are diabetic. I like have bought a sugary drink but that would be meant paying more money that I didn't need to."
