I used to visit 'Karls ' on a regular basis in the 70s. Then always a high standard. We visited on 12 November now not so good. The fish was Ok with nice crunchy batter, but the chips were way below the standard I expected. They tasted burnt and had no flavour they were no better than oven chips. The cafe part was scruffy and needed upgrading. We shall not call again. View all feedback.
