15 of us went for lunch having pre-ordered our food several days earlier to avoid a delay in serving it. We were given a lovely private room but had to wait about 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The food was good but there wasn't much of it for the price.We noticed the price of a main course had increased by £2 on the price on the website.Having been told we could order our desserts on the day we were then told they were too busy to serve us and there would be a long wait.We didn't bother. The staff were friendly but we came away disappointed and still a bit hungry and embarrassed as I'd organised it for 14 other people. Nowhere near as good as when we went on New Year's Day 2024. Probably fine when it's a bit quieter.
