Form the first seconds in this lodge it was very apparent that very few of the hotel staff had been trained in hospital from the the front of house right up till what I have been told was a general manager, this lady played the host and toast master at the wedding I was attending, she was sour faced and very rude to quite a few of the guests just unacceptable behaviour, the bar staff seemed miserable and the children...
