Very hit and miss this chippy. Sometimes the chips are nice, sometimes they are awful. Tonight they were obviously re-heated, re-cooked ones from yesterday and absolutely awful. Maybe cook fresh chips for your customers? The cost is still the same! Fish is also very hit and miss, this evening the batter was incredibly thick and chewy, not nice at all.
