We had 3 sets of the 特上ひつまぶしset ¥5500, unagi is nice some parts are more crispy, not that charred and this set has alot of it. Sauce is a bit more sweet then i like, but definitely less sweet than typical unagi. 残穢です, dashi is too little, same for the seaweed flakes and wasabi too. 肝焼 ¥830 is fabulous, not much of the bitter gall/bile taste 骨せんべい ¥630 is pretty good, lightly salted, crispy and light...
