We had 3 sets of the 特上ひつまぶしset ¥5500, unagi is nice some parts are more crispy, not that charred and this set has alot of it. Sauce is a bit more sweet then i like, but definitely less sweet than typical unagi. 残穢です, dashi is too little, same for the seaweed flakes and wasabi too. 肝焼 ¥830 is fabulous, not much of the bitter gall/bile taste 骨せんべい ¥630 is pretty good, lightly salted, crispy and light... The aal is so soft and juicy! And Sauce is also great. Definitely love it! Great service and beautiful ambience.

"People flock to Mizuno so we are thankful that we lined up for just about 20 minutes. The kind female staff takes orders from people waiting in line. Be decisive since orders are locked in once placed with her (read: no extra orders allowed when seated inside already). If you’re seated at the 7-seater counter on the first floor, you might find yourself gawking at the beautiful eyes (and chest hair) of the kitchen staff while he makes your okonomiyaki in front of you. I see the point why Mizuno got the nod of Michelin for seven straight years after tasting their okonomiyaki. However, as a matter of personal preference, I have had better okonomiyaki in three other restaurants. You should go check out Mizuno and see for yourself if it makes it to your most memorable restaurants in Osaka."
