The menu fixe at Les Embruns is delicious. I opened with a terrine of duck with a small salad and some freshly baked bread which was delicious, then had a farmer's pancake with andouille sausage and onions, washed down by the best dry apply cider. une atmosphère très bruyante ( de type cantine), des galettes sans gout ou du moins pas le VRAI gout de la galette bretonne et un service peu rapide. Les crêperies devraient être réglementées au même titre que les boulangeries. Ceux qui ne font pas du bon pain frais ne peuvent pas indique "boulangerie" sur la devanture.
