I was Traveling from NY to Florida and spent the night in Roanoke Rapids. Was looking for a place for dinner and preferably not a chain restaurant. Haggerty caught my eye. Great choice. I had a musroom cheeseburger that I would say was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Paired it with a baked potato that also was perfectly cooked. Reasonable prices. Would have liked if they had draft beer though. View all feedback.

Owner/manager is a complete jerk and has poor customer service. Would not serve take out order although willing to spend money at local business, instead of going to chain restaurant in the area.
