What melissa yang likes about Biang Biang Noodles:
Ate here when I was catching up with a friend. It was alright. I was expecting the Sichuan wings to be spicy, but it was just sweet like honey glaze. pepper and salt wings were ok. I ordered the beef noodles soup, it was alright. I had leftovers and took it home it didn't taste as good warmed up (granted it was 2 days later so that might have been why). read more.

What Max M doesn't like about Biang Biang Noodles:
Nothing special. It's a great idea but ultimately the food isn't that tasty. Dishes were kind of one note and we found the noodles to be not fully cooked and very uneven in size and thickness with an underlying raw flour taste. The scallion pancake was passive and seemed frozen versus freshly made. Much better options in the area and in Seattle. read more.
