"Nothing special. It's a great idea but ultimately the food isn't that tasty. Dishes were kind of one note and we found the noodles to be not fully cooked and very uneven in size and thickness with an underlying raw flour taste. The scallion pancake was passive and seemed frozen versus freshly made. Much better options in the area and in Seattle."

"For lovers of all kinds of dumplings. My friend and I decided to check this place out because it was very close to our hotel room. From the outside you notice how busy it was on a Wednesday, which is surprising when you look into some of the other bars and restaurants which have few patrons. We put our name on the waitlist but got seating at the bar right away. We ordered a little of everything, but you should absolutely have the Bao. It’s soft, juicy and just overall amazing. The soup dumplings were our second favorite, with a perfect side an portion for the spoon. Skip the Dan Dan noodles unless you like over the top flavor. I probably would also skip the shrimp and zucchini. The pros outweighed the cons overall and I’m happy to swing by here again."
