We’d been to Chartwell with our dog all morning and fancied some lunch. Pleasant looking roadside pub. Fair sized area to one side with bench tables. Just a couple of cars in car park at about 1pm. I went in to see if they we serving food on a weekday lunchtime and the barman said yes and when I asked to see the menu he found me a copy.
