Visited with some friends, whilst up in the Lake District for the weekend. Had a lovely Gammon steak, the best I’ve had for quite a while, plus really nice home cooked chips. The beer was excellent and the service very timely and friendly. View all feedback.

Good bear but the food is like a brick. How do they get such a high rating is a mystery to me. I could not finish the ale pie and in the night I was vomiting acid. Good place for dogs though, very friendly. View all feedback.
