My local when I'm in Cupertino/Los Altos. The biggest downside here is lack of parking but that's not exactly the fault of the store.Gender neutral restrooms and a relaxed vibe. I ordered two drinks and waited 30 minutes because they lost track of one of them. In addition to the waiting, there was no milk or sugar available but didn't want to wait another minute to ask the staff. The manager also had an indifferent attitude, but that is to be expected. View all feedback.
