My local when I'm in Cupertino/Los Altos. The biggest downside here is lack of parking but that's not exactly the fault of the store.Gender neutral restrooms and a relaxed vibe. Community board is updated often.A nice spot for cyclists if you're headed up Foothill. Best feature here is the cozy patio area, very dog friendly! View all feedback.
What Diane Yu doesn't like about Starbucks:
I ordered two drinks and waited 30 minutes because they lost track of one of them. In addition to the waiting, there was no milk or sugar available but didn't want to wait another minute to ask the staff. The manager also had an indifferent attitude, but that is to be expected. View all feedback.
Very rude barista, I said “thank you” four times, never got a response. Must be having a very bad day.
I always go to this Starbucks,it is on my driving route, excellent customer service and dedication,friendly!! Thank you so much!!
