Great chippy! Have read some of the not so good reviews and am left wondering of we are talking about the same place.Looking deeper the negative reviews consist a lot from people who have relied on 3rd party deliveries where you cannot be sure who is at fault.Go in yourself,order your own food and take it away,I had the best chips,chicken kebab and the family were happy too! What anitacartwright doesn't like about Ketley Cod:
3 Times in the last month has Just eat sent the wrong items. More than often it Crispy Cod Telford. Twice i have received the wrong order, i have phoned and phoned, no answer. I have a disability so cant go to the shop to get it sorted out. The driver said it wasnt his fault, surely they much be checking the tickets against the the food they are delivering. I said to the driver if i order a taxi and it takes me to the wrong are do i pay him NO!!. As i have paid him as the driver to deliver he should ensure he has the correct address for each order. Had to send a neighbour to sort it for me.
